DRI Volunteer Day will take place on Tuesday June 4th..
We currently have three events to choose from, with an option for either a half-day or a full day.
Half Day -- Tuesday June 4th -- 12:30 - 4 PM -- Philabundance -- food bank warehouse work ... sorting and packaging food and home goods for those in need in the Philadelphia area. This is Indoor activity.
Full Day -- Tuesday June 4th -8 AM - 4 PM -- Habitat for Humanity Restore -- warehouse work for donated and recycled home building goods & supplies. This is an indoor activity.
Full Day -- Tuesday June 4th - 8 Am - 4 PM - Habitat for Humanity - Maintenance and construction work. This is an outdoor activity weather permitting. Details TBA.
Additional information will be sent to those that register to participate in Volunteer Day.
All volunteers will be invited to a pre-volunteer information session /
pep rally on Monday night June 3rd starting at 7 PM. At this meeting volunteers will receive their goody bags (with T-shirt and other items), be provided with instructions, and will enjoy a complimentary dinner while getting to know their fellow volunteers. Lunch and transportation will be provided on Volunteer Day Tuesday June 4th.
