Event Directory – Deadline: January 23, 2016
All exhibitors receive a company listing in the Event Directory, which is distributed at registration to all attendees Exhibitors also have the opportunity to include their company logo FREE with their listing. Deadline for submission is January 23, 2016.
Exhibitor Staff Badge – 3 per exhibiting company. Includes access to the Exhibit Hall and all food functions held in the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibitor Conference Badge - these are based on Exhibit Space size. One complimentary badge per 10 x 10 Exhibit Space. One additional per 10 x 10 at a reduced rate of $795. Additional Exhibitor Conference Badges can be purchased at the prevailing rate. Exhibitor Conference Badge includes access to the Exhibit Hall, Educational Sessions, all food functions held in the Exhibit Hall, and admittance to the Awards Gala. Awards Gala - Tickets to the Awards Gala can be added to the Exhibitor Staff Badges for an additional $125 each.
